Corporate Liability on Corruption

This course defines the concepts of corporate criminal liability and provides a broad review of the theoretical constructs, theories and studies of corporate criminal liability. It provides both analysis of the law and strategic advice for students/practitioners. This course further emphasizes ways in preventing corporate crimes with some of the good strategies and compliance policies, in light of the legal developments.
