Emerging Issues in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management

The module will critically examine the emerging issues in OB and HRM and assess the changes in Organizational behavior and its emergence as an independent and discrete field. This module aims to provide students with a comprehensive overview to discuss contemporary organizational behavior and human resource management with an interdisciplinary focus. Students will review available literature, evaluate the gaps that exists in the domains and draw on the concepts and theories to conduct research on organization behavior and HR management within complex organization.
