The module introduces a theoretical and practical exposition of the factors that are necessary to optimize operations and supply chain management in a global and highly competitive markets. Supply chain optimisation requires effective organisation and alignment along the value chain. Topics include supply chain strategy, procurement, risk & reputation management, warehouse & inventory management, e-commerce & last mile delivery, sustainability, and data analytics.
